New Patients

If you are searching for a new pediatric office for your child, whether it is because you relocated to the area or are currently unsatisfied with your child’s current medical care, we would be happy to be your child’s new medical home! We are currently accepting new patients. Please read below for general information about our office and to make sure our office would be a good fit for your family.

Why Choose Quad Cities Pediatrics?

Choosing a pediatrician is one of the most important decisions a parent makes for their child. Our practice offers a combination of attributes that you will not find elsewhere in the Quad Cities:

  • Our practice is independently owned and operated by our pediatricians. Therefore, our focus is providing the best pediatric care possible; the care we expect for our own children when they need medical care.
  • Our pediatricians see patients in the newborn nurseries at MercyOne Genesis – Davenport and Unity Point Trinity – Bettendorf. This allows your family to have continuity of care from the moment your child is born.
  • Our team provides full scope pediatric care, from well visits to sick visits and management of chronic conditions, such as behavioral health conditions (ADHD, anxiety, depression), asthma, constipation, and many more.
  • Our practice features the only pediatric-specific urgent care in the Quad Cities with walk-in hours to fit even the busiest schedules. We even have hours on both Saturdays AND Sundays!
  • We have a team of experienced triage nurses available during practice hours to answer questions over the phone, make recommendations, and schedule visits whenever needed.
  • One of our providers is always on-call for urgent medical questions outside of business hours.

Vaccination Policy

Childhood vaccines are among the most important medical advancements in pediatric healthcare. Extensive research continues to demonstrate that vaccines are safe and effective in preventing serious illness and long-term complications.

Our practice follows and strongly recommends immunization according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended schedule.

For all patients and families whose first child was enrolled in our practice after August 1, 2022, we require that children be fully immunized for age-appropriate illnesses recommended by the AAP by their second birthday, unless a valid medical exemption is documented.

Families who choose not to follow this policy may be subject to transfer of care in accordance with our practice policies.

For families whose first child was enrolled prior to August 1, 2022, this requirement does not apply; however, vaccination remains strongly encouraged for the protection of our patients, families, and community.

We are happy to discuss any questions or concerns regarding immunizations with your child’s provider.
