Dr. Ezekiel “Zeke” Hartman is passionate about helping children grow into their healthiest, happiest selves. Originally from Lanark, Illinois, he completed his BA at Augustana College, followed by his MD from the University of Illinois–Rockford. He then went on to complete his Pediatrics Residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, one of the nation’s leading pediatric institutions.
Dr. Hartman began practicing in 2022 and has quickly become known for his warm approach, evidence-based care, and ability to connect with children and parents alike. His professional interests include infant health, ADHD/ADD management, asthma and allergies, and preventive medicine.
What inspires him most about pediatrics is the privilege of being part of a child’s journey, from infancy through adolescence, helping support families through every milestone. His favorite part of the job is forming strong relationships with patients and watching their personalities unfold over time.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hartman is a dedicated sports fan (Go Cubs, Broncos, and Wild!), and you’ll often find him spending time with his wife, daughter, and golden retriever exploring local trails, visiting the farmer’s market, or relaxing at a local brewery.
